⬡ axcode — The Coding Surface of Hivemind AX
Same control plane — AX routing engine, llm_call_ledger, hash-chained audit, oversight queue, E2B mission computer, workspaces, and Hivemind Receipts (hvr/1.0) — exposed across Terminal (OpenCode + OpenTUI), IDE (ACP + VS Code), and Console.

1. Signed, Offline-Verifiable Receipts (hvr/1.0)
Every verified change produces an RFC 9052 COSE_Sign1 Ed25519 receipt anchored in an RFC 9162 SCITT Merkle log and bound to both the merge-group tree_sha and deterministic patch_id. Verify offline with axcode-verify or in the browser at axcode.ai/receipts.
2. The Autonomy Envelope
Four presets (Observe, Build, Autonomous, Locked; no bypass exists). Shell commands are classified by parsed argv AST across 13 classes; destructive actions are rewritten to reversible forms or deferred without blocking sibling tasks.
3. Executed Verification & Transparent Billing
Changes are verified against the six-level executed ladder (L0–L5) with 20% deterministic held-out tests and attested at levels A0–A3. Token usage is billed from your own settled usage pool and retail rate card (Billing Terms §2.3, §5.2); unverified tasks under per_verified_pr settle at $0.
